What is included?

How do I secure my date?
After looking over the contract and signing you can meet with Savannah if you have any questions or concerns, put a deposit of 50% down plus a $500 security deposit (refunded after wedding) and start planning! The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.
What is best for catering?
Our weddings so far have tried it all! Food trucks, buffet, sit down, stations, everything works! Depending on budget and convenience you have the freedom to bring in whomever you like for your food and beverage needs!
Where can I stay?
Luckily we are neighbors with the beautiful Byrncliff Golf Resort that offers 20+ newly updated motel rooms. We are a close convenient drive to adorable downtown East Aurora where the Hampton Inn is located. Historical Warsaw is just a short drive in the opposite direction where they offer a Micrtotel Inn and Suites. Air BNB and VRBO offer very convenient and beautiful country homes to rent as well!
Is the space heated?
No, our venue is only open in the favorable months from May-October, but we offer propane heaters that you may use while you’re here if the nights get chilly!
Why don't you have bathrooms?
Doing most improvements ourselves as we work and save up for them, We are working on it! We cannot wait to be able to offer all of the amenities and as soon as it is in our budget to figure out what will work best for our space we hope to be able to change that!
